Courtney Crass was born in Texas and spent her youth growing up in the Dominican Republic, Washington and Pennsylvania. After starting college at 16, she graduated at the age of 20 and moved across the world to the island of Taiwan. Once the whilrwind of college life, travels and marathon running died down, Courtney Crass had to face the inevitable question: What's next?
The following year of her life would be spent devoted to writing the novel concept she developed in high school and returning home to be with her husband in the States. Now Courtney Crass is married to her best friend of 11 years and is about to embark on a pilgrimage along El Camino de Santiago before their return to Asia. She is working on the sequel to Burning the Bible and spends her days teaching kindergarten students.
